Telehealth

Telehealth is fast becoming a popular form of counseling, useful when time, distance, or life circumstances make in-office appointments difficult or unfeasible.  We at Turning Point Associates, Inc. have access to the latest technologies that make convenient and secure counseling services available to your remote location where there is stable and secure access to the internet.

There are conditions when considering telehealth to help determine if this is a good service for you, such as your specific areas of focus or need, if there are risks associated with your specific concerns, and our own knowledge of your local support resources in the event of an emergency at your remote locatoin; but these are becoming less and less a barrier to receiving telehealth.

Not all insurance plans reimburse for telehealth, so it is important to consider that this may be an out of pocket expense.  Our administrative staff will gladly make inquiry to our plan provider.

Turning Point Associates, Inc. uses the HIPAA compliant and portal-to-portal encrypted platform DoxyMe.com.  Feel free to look at their information to learn more about how that platform may work for your needs.
